Overview

RahrBSG is looking for a Sales Director to join our team. The Director of Sales is responsible for developing and executing sales strategies, managing key customer relationships, and leading and developing a high-performing sales team within their assigned territory. As a critical part of the Sales leadership team, the Director of Sales leads and develops a diverse sales team to drive business results and deliver on strategic initiatives to support sales growth, profitability, operational excellence, and the overall growth of the company.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or relevant discipline.
  • 5+ years of experience in a commercial selling environment.
  • 2+ years of experience leading teams.
  • Experience in the commercial beverage industry preferred.
  • Advanced technical experience with CRM platforms; Salesforce preferred.
  • 30-50% out-of-town travel required.
