Overview

RahrBSG is looking for a District Sales Rep to join our team in Dallas, Texas. The District Sales Representative is responsible for meeting or exceeding sales targets by conducting frequent in-person visits to taprooms, breweries, brewpubs, and events within their assigned district.

In Short

  • Maintain and grow a portfolio of brewery accounts.
  • Drive volume sales and margin contribution.
  • Conduct regular in-person visits to local breweries.
  • Develop and maintain strong, long-term relationships with customers.
  • Collaborate with Sales leaders and Customer Service team.
  • Represent the company at local beer festivals and trade shows.
  • Identify new business opportunities.
  • Stay knowledgeable about market trends and offerings.
  • Assist with ongoing customer maintenance activities.
  • Track and submit accurate expense reports.

Requirements

  • High school diploma or equivalent required.
  • 2+ years of experience in a customer-facing role.
  • Strong computer knowledge, especially in Microsoft Office.
  • Passion for or knowledge of the craft brewing industry preferred.
  • Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation required.
  • Ability to travel up to 80% of the time.
