Information Technology Strategies, Inc. is a government IT solutions provider servicing commercial and government initiative in various parts of the United States. We are currently seeking a Database Manager to work for our company.

• Client Agency is Defense Logistics Agency.
• Eligibility to obtain a U.S. Government SECRET / TOP SECRET Clearance.
• Improves the efficiency of database tools and services.
• Assists in designing, structuring, and maintaining Oracle databases.
• Enhances the scalability and performance of current database structures.
• Monitors database performance and upgrades technologies.
• Updates systems as needed and creates data backups for disaster recovery.
• Performs diagnostic tests and evaluates performance metrics.
• Recruits, supervises, and oversees the database development teams.
• Ensures disaster recovery plans are created and adhered to.

Requirements

• Eligibility to obtain a U.S. Government SECRET / TOP SECRET Clearance.
• Must have 5+ years of database management experience, preferably in an Oracle EBS environment.
• Excellent oral and written communication skills.
