The Human Resources Generalist plays a pivotal role in managing daily human resources operations within MiracleFeet, focusing on recruitment, talent acquisition, benefits administration, and HR operations.

• Manage the full employee lifecycle, including recruitment and benefits administration.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in HR or related field with 2-3 years of experience.
• Familiarity with federal, state, and local employment compliance laws.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office and HR software systems.
• Exposure to global recruitment practices.
• Strong attention to detail and excellent organizational skills.
• Ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Cultural competence and ability to work collaboratively.
• Professional HR certification is a plus.
• Ability to work independently in a remote environment.
