Human Resources Generalist - Remote

Overview

The Human Resource Generalist will administer daily functions of the HR department at the New Richmond, WI site and provide daily support to all New Richmond employees.

In Short

• Assists with open job management and candidate interview processes.
• Onboards all new hires.
• Administers HR processes including payroll and timekeeping.
• Handles employment-related inquiries from applicants and employees.
• Conducts exit interviews and completes off-boarding processes.
• Maintains knowledge of employment laws and regulations.
• Acts as the site HR representative for company policies and procedures.
• Participates in the site safety committee.
• Leads HR-related employee communication and recognition.
• Collaborates with U.S. HR team on company initiatives.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s or Associate’s degree in Human Resources or related field.
• Minimum of 3 years experience in HR.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Excellent interpersonal and negotiation skills.
• Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
• Ability to prioritize tasks and delegate appropriately.
• Thorough knowledge of employment-related laws.
• Proficient with Microsoft Office Suite.
