Overview

In this diverse position, you will lead a team of Field Service Technicians in Western Europe, maintain close customer contact, and manage the organizational tasks surrounding service operations.

In Short

Requirements

  • Good technical and business knowledge from a technical education.
  • Several years of experience in a similar position, preferably in pharma liquid packaging.
  • Strong communication and teamwork skills with a service-oriented mindset.
  • Proficient in MS Office and ideally experienced with SAP.
  • Fluent in German and English; Spanish and/or Italian is a plus.
  • Willingness to travel approximately 20% of the time.
