• International pricing and business case analysis including market-based pricing.
• Team leadership and development of the assigned international team.
• Development and alignment of customer and pricing strategies with the international team.
• Process optimization within the global team.
• Support for investment goods and series follow-up.
• Monitoring and reporting of sales metrics.
• Preparation and execution of price negotiations.
• Preparation of acquisitions and offers.
• Development and calculation of offers, including review and approval.
• Maintenance of international customer contacts.
• Preparation, execution, and leadership of meetings.
• International project work.

Requirements

• Successfully completed commercial or technical studies.
• Professional experience in sales, especially in analytical preparation of international offers.
• Experience in the automotive sector is an advantage.
• Structured working style and high self-organization skills.
• Leadership skills.
• Understanding of production and assembly processes is a plus.
• Affinity for numbers, development, and evaluation of KPIs.
• Communication skills.
• Very good English language skills.
• Resilience and flexibility.
• Very good MS Office skills.
• Good SAP knowledge.
