Sales Team Leader (d/m/w) - Remote

Overview

We are looking for a Sales Team Leader (d/m/w) to start in the Sales Team and support customers with all questions and concerns related to car purchases. You will play a key role in ensuring a smooth process and an excellent customer experience in our Autohero Retail Department.

In Short

• Take responsibility for personnel and guide the development of your team through feedback conversations and targeted methods.
• Analyze reports and set individual goals for your team (8-12 employees) to motivate them to achieve high performance using KPIs.
• Work closely with other team leads in Sales.
• Assist your team in achieving qualitative and quantitative sales goals.
• Collaborate with HR to ensure further growth by conducting interviews and facilitating efficient onboarding for new colleagues.
• Passion for the automotive sector and initial leadership experience in a sales team.
• Strong leadership personality with good analytical and process-oriented skills.
• Hands-on mentality with an independent and structured working style.
• Ensure smooth processes and good dynamics in your team to provide Autohero customers with an unparalleled purchasing experience!
• Fluent in German and English, both written and spoken, with a good command of Google Tools (Sheets, Gmail, Calendar, etc.).

• Leadership experience in a sales environment.
• Strong analytical and process-oriented skills.
• Ability to work independently and in a structured manner.
• Fluency in German and English.
• Proficiency in Google Tools.
