  • Lead a team of 6-9 field sales representatives acquiring hair and beauty salons in Germany.
  • Responsible for the growth of the venue base in your region.
  • Optimize existing processes to contribute to the development of sales strategies.
  • Evaluate weekly and monthly goals, set new individual targets, and motivate your team.
  • Conduct feedback sessions and enable targeted management and development through coaching.
  • Maintain an overview of potential partners in your areas and develop strategies to onboard them.
  • Act as a liaison between the field sales team and the Head of Sales.

Requirements

  • Experience in a leadership sales role with strong leadership skills.
  • Goal-oriented and analytical with a passion for achieving ambitious sales targets.
  • Sales experience with a true 'hunter' mentality.
  • Comfortable in a dynamic, evolving environment.
  • A good role model and team player with a hands-on mentality.
  • Fluent in German (spoken and written) and able to communicate in English; additional languages are a bonus.
