In Short

• Lead a team of up to 12 sales specialists in the LATAM market.
• Hire, onboard, and motivate your sales team.
• Implement workflow changes with the Head of Sales.
• Conduct training and coaching sessions.
• Ensure team meets sales goals.
• Monitor compliance with processes and regulations.
• Provide performance reports.

Requirements

• Proficiency in Spanish.
• Advanced English (B1/C1).
• 3+ years in telemarketing or B2C sales.
• 3+ years in sales management.
• Data analysis skills.
• Experience in coaching sales teams.
• Strong communication skills.
• Experience with CRM systems.
• Motivated and target-driven with a sales management track record.
• Experience in Education, Ed-tech, Tech, SaaS, or Real Estate is a plus.

Benefits

• Basic payment of 1700 USD Gross + commissions.
• Overall payment up to 3500 USD Gross per month.
• 100% remote and full-time position.

• Working hours: 5 days a week, 12:00 PM to 9:00 PM CDMX time.
