In Short

Lead a team of up to 12 sales specialists in the LATAM market.
Hire, onboard, and motivate the sales team.
Implement workflow changes with the Head of Sales.
Conduct training and coaching sessions.
Ensure team meets sales goals.
Monitor compliance with processes and regulations.
Provide performance reports.

Requirements

Spanish language proficiency.
Advanced English (B1/C1).
3+ years in telemarketing or B2C sales.
3+ years in sales management.
Data analysis skills.
Experience coaching sales teams.
Strong communication skills.
Experience with CRM.
Motivated and target-driven.
Experience in Education, Ed-tech, Tech, SaaS, or Real Estate is a plus.

Benefits

Basic payment of 1700 USD Gross + commissions.
Overall payment up to 3500 USD Gross per month.
100% remote and full-time position.
International work experience in a recognized company.
Working hours: 5 days a week, 12:00 PM to 9:00 PM CDMX time.
