Overview

The Human Resources Generalist at Children's Hope Alliance is responsible for supporting the Senior Director of Human Resources in attracting, developing, and retaining talent while fostering a supportive work environment.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in business or human resources.
• PHR or SPHR certification preferred.
• 2+ years of HR experience preferred.

• Proficiency in HR software and Microsoft Office.
• Strong interpersonal and organizational skills.
• Ability to multitask and manage projects.
• Attention to detail and excellent communication skills.
