Overview

Schweiger Dermatology Group is seeking a full-time Telecom Coordinator to support and maintain telecommunications systems across its network of offices, ensuring efficient communication and high-quality service for patients and staff.

In Short

• Manage daily operations of telecommunications systems.
• Troubleshoot telecom issues and coordinate with vendors.
• Oversee telecom equipment distribution and setup.
• Provide user support and training materials for office staff.
• Maintain documentation of telecom systems and generate reports.
• Collaborate on telecom projects and system upgrades.
• Full-time position with a schedule of Monday - Friday 9am - 5pm.
• Primarily remote with monthly in-office attendance required.
• Qualifications include proficiency with telecom hardware and strong organizational skills.

Requirements

• Proficiency with telecom hardware, VoIP systems, and call center routing.
• Strong organizational skills and ability to manage multiple projects.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Relevant work experience and a college degree.
• Working knowledge of HIPAA & OSHA compliance.
