Overview

The Director of Total Rewards will lead the strategy, design, and execution of our compensation, benefits, and recognition programs to attract, retain, and engage top talent.

In Short

  • Lead compensation and benefits strategies aligned with company goals.
  • Supervise the Benefits Analyst and manage the compensation department.
  • Oversee benefits design, communication, and enrollment.
  • Monitor programs for cost-effectiveness and compliance.
  • Evaluate total rewards programs and recommend improvements.
  • Manage vendor relationships and negotiate contracts.
  • Develop employee recognition programs to enhance engagement.
  • Collaborate with HR partners to integrate rewards into broader strategies.
  • Deliver communications and training on total rewards programs.
  • Attend bi-monthly in-office meetings as required.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in HR, business, or related field; advanced degree preferred.
  • 10+ years of experience in benefits, with at least 5 years in a leadership role.
  • SHRM-CP and CEBS certifications preferred.
  • Deep knowledge of benefits best practices and regulations.
  • Strong project management skills.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
