In Short

• Lead TerrAscend’s Enterprise Total Rewards program.
• Set the vision for benefits and compensation programs.
• Oversee a team and work with third-party administrators.
• Manage compensation policies and initiatives.
• Administer long and short-term equity programs.
• Support the annual salary review process.
• Define and communicate a Total Rewards strategy.
• Analyze benefits market trends and regulations.
• Prepare and oversee the Benefits budget.
• Provide customer service support for benefits programs.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in business, human resources, or related field.
• 8+ years of experience in compensation and benefits.
• 3+ years of team management experience.
• Experience with international organizations preferred.
• SHRM-CP or SHRM-SCP certification preferred.
• Start-up or early-stage company experience preferred.
• Ability to work cross-functionally.
