Requirements

  • Analytical thinking and data interpretation skills.
  • Experience in international companies.
  • Background in scaling and fast-paced environments.
  • High emotional intelligence and strong communication skills.
  • Experience with pension, salaries, equity, and benefits.
  • Knowledge of designing equity programs.
  • Strong stakeholder management skills.
  • Commercial mindset with sales compensation experience.
  • Ability to ask the right questions for decision making.
  • Leadership experience in developing teams.
