Overview

The Data and Analytics Technology Director at Accordion will lead the technological aspects of the data and analytics including the implementation and optimization of data management and analytical tools.

In Short

• Lead the design, development and implementation of data architecture ensuring scalability and performance
• Evaluate and suggest appropriate data management tools/platforms
• Translate business requirements into logical and physical design of databases
• Develop end-to-end Business Intelligence framework
• Work closely with the D&A Business and Technology teams
• Conduct training programs and knowledge transfer sessions
• Research and track the latest developments in the data management field
• Manage and lead a team of data engineers
• Engage in discussions with C-Suite clients
• Travel to client site as needed

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science or related field
• Master’s degree is a plus
• 6+ years of relevant work experience
• Experience in client facing/professional services environment
• Enterprise Data Architect certification is a plus
• Experience in designing data architectures in various RDBMS and Non-RDBMS environments
• Excellent communication skills
• In-depth knowledge of cloud-based infrastructure
• Strong leadership and proactive communication skills
