Director - Remote

Overview

The Director is responsible for day-to-day management of multiple large projects for the Ohio EQRO contract, as well as other activities as needed. In this role you will be responsible for the coordination of activities with state representatives, and managed care plans (MCPs) and other stakeholders to develop the work plan and timelines, implement contracted tasks and ensure the timely and accurate completion of contract deliverables.

In Short

• Develop and manage contract-specific work-plans including tasks, timelines, and deliverables.
• Guide the development and implementation of projects for multidisciplinary teams.
• Provide regular formal and informal reporting to state representatives.
• Day-to-day liaison with customers and stakeholders.
• Manage budgets for assigned contracts and/or activities.
• Travel as required to conduct audits and validations.

• Knowledge of health care delivery systems and managed care.
• Superior analytical and writing skills.
• Ability to manage all aspects of a full cycle of a project.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Ability to coordinate activities with departmental managers.
• Ability to provide training sessions and presentations.
• Ability to manage conflict and difficult interpersonal situations.
• Ability to supervise multidisciplinary staff.
