Overview

Accordion is seeking Turnaround & Restructuring professionals to provide extensive financial and operational support on client engagements across various industries, focusing on creating value through operational turnarounds and financial restructurings.

In Short

• Lead analysis of business performance and capital structure
• Review business plans and projections
• Develop cash flow forecasts
• Identify liquidity enhancement alternatives
• Create financial models
• Support corporate turnaround plans
• Guide execution of restructuring plans
• Assist in bankruptcy preparation
• Manage team alignment with client expectations
• Engage with client personnel

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in finance/accounting preferred
• Graduate degree in finance/accounting/operations preferred
• 8+ years of relevant experience, 3+ years in restructuring
• Experience with financial models and cash flow models
• Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Office
• Strong analytical and business writing skills
• Ability to manage multiple workstreams
• Deep understanding of financial statements
• Capacity to thrive in a fast-paced environment
• Strong relationship-building skills
