In Short

• Provide project leadership and execute on client engagements.
• Act as relationship manager for client and financial sponsor needs.
• Drive Accordion know-how and best practices.
• Work with Business Development to cultivate client relationships.
• Lead the development of proposals and work plans.
• Participate in practice development initiatives.
• Mentor junior consultants and participate in career development.
• Travel to client site as needed.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in business, finance or economics; MBA a plus.
• 10+ years of experience in private equity, investment banking, or consulting.
• Strong quantitative and organizational skills.
• Outstanding oral and written communication skills.
• Strong Excel skills with financial modeling and valuation skills.
• Leadership and team-management skills.
• Integrity and attention to detail.
