Overview

As a key member of the People Leadership team, the Director, Total Rewards will lead both the strategy and the operations for both compensation and benefits at Evolve. Your focus will be on the Evolver Experience through the lens of short and long term compensation, along with our benefits offering.

In Short

  • Manage a small team responsible for compensation, benefits and leaves of absence management
  • Administer benefits programs including health, dental, vision, life insurance, and wellness initiatives
  • Work with insurance brokers to evaluate and recommend platforms for benefit program administration
  • Ensure accurate compensation structure configuration within the HRIS
  • Develop and maintain job architecture framework
  • Maintain pay grades and salary ranges for job classifications
  • Partner with leaders to apply compensation principles to business needs
  • Own compensation aspects of performance management and recognition programs
  • Monitor state-specific pay transparency laws
  • Analyze data to make informed decisions and adjust strategies

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in business, Human Resources, Finance, or related field
  • Minimum 10 years of relevant job experience
  • 5+ years of experience leading a Total Rewards team
  • Substantial knowledge in benefits and compensation
  • Hands-on leader with strategic and tactical capabilities
  • Experience creating and managing compensation plans
  • Strong proficiency with Microsoft Suite and Google Suite
  • Preferred HRIS Implementation Experience
