Requirements

• 10+ years of experience in TPM, software delivery, or engineering leadership.
• Strong technical fluency and understanding of system architecture.
• Proven influence across product and engineering stakeholders.
• Excellent communication skills across all levels.
• Agile coaching experience.
• A bias for action and strategic thinking.
• Experience in fast-paced tech environments is a plus.
