Staff Technical Program Manager - Remote

Overview

We are looking for a Staff Technical Program Manager (TPM) to join our growing team of TPMs at 1Password. The Staff TPM will be responsible for leading programs focused on advancing the Tech organization’s ways of working, including project management platform migration and developing best practices.

Requirements

• 10+ years of technical program management experience.
• Experience migrating organizations to program management platforms.
• Strong focus on execution and ownership.
• Excellent communication skills.
• Ability to drive clarity and ownership in cross-functional settings.
• Technical knowledge in analytics or engineering is a plus.
• Ability to identify and solve systemic challenges.
• Respect for user privacy and information security.
• Willingness to learn from failures and improve continuously.
