Overview

SimSpace is seeking a Staff Technical Program Manager to drive coordination, tracking, and process management across multiple R&D teams, ensuring visibility, alignment, and execution of complex initiatives.

In Short

• Drive cross-team coordination and alignment across R&D teams.
• Create dashboards and reports for clear status updates.
• Facilitate communication between R&D, Product, IT, and other units.
• Identify and implement process improvements.
• Support prioritization with Product Management.

Requirements

• 6+ years of experience in program or project management.
• Deep knowledge of JIRA and engineering insight tools.
• Experience in a software development organization.
• PMI certification preferred.
• Experience as a Scrum Master preferred.
• Experience with Agile, Scrum, or similar methodologies.
• Strong communication skills.
• Organized and detail-oriented.
• Customer-first mindset.
• Adaptable in a fast-changing environment.
