Overview

SimSpace is looking for a Manager, Software Engineering to lead a new team developing the Individual Training platform within the SimSpace ecosystem.

• Lead and manage a newly formed engineering team.

Requirements

• Experienced software engineering manager with a software development background.
• Proven ability to lead and manage software engineering teams.
• Strong technical skills to solve complex problems.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Knowledge of Learning Management Systems (LMS) is a plus.
• Comfortable with Agile methodologies.
• 6+ years of software development experience, 2+ years in management.
• Experience with Kubernetes or similar platforms.
• Experience developing solutions for cloud and on-premises.
• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science or related field.
