Overview

The Staff Technical Program Manager at ServiceNow will drive large, complex programs for the Cloud Engineering organization, ensuring high-quality, scalable solutions while managing multiple programs simultaneously.

Requirements

• Experience with AI integration in work processes.
• Hands-on experience in Enterprise Architecture.
• Knowledge of hardware, storage, and networking technologies.
• Familiarity with security and regulatory controls.
• Strong facilitation, negotiation, and communication skills.
• Self-directed with strong analytical skills.
• Proficient in MS Project or similar tools.
• Bachelor’s degree in relevant field or equivalent experience.
• 8+ years of project/program management experience.
• 2+ years of technical experience in relevant areas.
