Overview

The ERP Operations Specialist will ensure users effectively utilize the Epicor ERP platform and its associated tools, providing training and support while maintaining documentation and compliance.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in computer science or IT, or equivalent experience.
• 4+ years of experience supporting Epicor software.
• Ability to communicate complex concepts effectively.
• Self-motivated with goal-setting based on data.
• Awareness of Agile development methodologies.
• Knowledge of SOX compliance practices.
• Proven experience in user training and change management.
