NVIDIA is seeking an Operations Specialist to optimize processes and enhance operational efficiency within the Professional Services team, ensuring outstanding service to clients and partners.

• Drive streamlined operations within the Professional Services team.
• Create and negotiate Scope of Work documents with customers and partners.
• Assist with defining and operating information systems workflows.
• Support local and global deployment teams and 3rd party contractors.
• Demonstrate multi-tasking and attention to detail.
• Utilize NVIDIA operational systems for information searches and updates.
• Bring creative solutions to improve service delivery efficiency.
• Communicate effectively with strong verbal and written skills.
• Work in early mornings and/or late evenings within the Eastern time zone.

Requirements

• 3+ years of experience in professional services or operations.
• Degree in Operations or Business Management preferred.
• Experience in customer-facing roles.
• Understanding of legal terms and negotiation with 3rd-party contractors.
• Proficiency in MS Office, especially Excel and Outlook.
• Outstanding communication and analytical skills.
• Integrity and a strong sense of responsibility.
• Experience with SalesForce.com is a plus.
