Greek Gear is seeking a proactive and detail-oriented Operations Associate to keep day-to-day business functions running smoothly across customer service, order fulfillment, Amazon storefront management, and royalty reporting. This is a dynamic role for someone who enjoys solving problems, improving systems, and supporting customers in a fast-paced, remote environment.

In Short

• Respond to customer inquiries via email and phone.
• Monitor incoming orders and coordinate with production and shipping teams.
• Assist in updating Amazon listings and managing inventory.

Requirements

• 2+ years of experience in operations, customer support, logistics, or e-commerce.
• Experience with Amazon Seller Central is a strong plus.
• Strong Excel/Google Sheets skills; experience with order management systems preferred.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Highly organized and able to manage multiple tasks and deadlines.
• Problem-solver with a customer-first mindset.
• Ability to work independently in a remote setting.
• Experience with reporting or royalty tracking is a bonus.
