Overview

The Director of Total Rewards will lead the design, implementation, and execution of innovative compensation and benefits programs that support AffiniPay's fast-growing SaaS organization.

• Architect and manage competitive compensation frameworks.

• Own compensation and benefits analytics.
• Present regular updates to executive leadership.
• Collaborate with Finance and Legal on stock-based compensation.
• Manage communication strategies for total rewards offerings.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Business, HR, or related field; MBA preferred.
• 8–10+ years of total rewards experience in a SaaS or tech environment.
• Expertise in compensation design and global benefits strategy.
• Excellent analytical skills and comfort with data visualization.
• Experience working cross-functionally with various teams.
• Strong business and financial acumen.
• Proficiency in Artificial Intelligence in Total Rewards.
• Experience with International Benefits is a plus.
• Preferred location in Austin, Texas.
