The Director of Global Total Rewards supports the execution of our Total Rewards strategy, ensuring the seamless implementation of compensation, benefits, and rewards programs across a complex, high-growth international organization.

Requirements

  • 8+ years of experience in compensation management.
  • Expertise in global compensation and benefits.
  • Proven ability to manage pay structures and executive compensation.
  • Project management skills with experience in compensation cycles.
  • Exceptional communication and stakeholder management skills.
  • Analytical skills for data interpretation.
  • Experience with job architecture and compensation analytics.
  • Flexible and pragmatic approach in a fast-paced environment.
