Human Resources Generalist - Remote

Overview

The Human Resources Generalist will oversee all aspects of HR, from onboarding new hires to managing employee relations and ensuring compliance, in a fully remote role based in Ontario.

In Short

• Manage the full employee lifecycle including onboarding and offboarding.
• Ensure compliance with Ontario ESA and OHRC.

Requirements

• 4+ years of experience as an HR Generalist or similar role.
• Strong knowledge of Ontario ESA and OHRC.
• Experience managing HR in high-volume operational environments.
• Proactive, resourceful, and results-driven mindset.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Attention to detail and ability to multitask.
