Overview

The Sustaining Operations Lead will ensure that installed Heat Pump projects continue to perform at the highest level post-installation, focusing on customer satisfaction and technical quality.

In Short

Act as first responder for callbacks and service needs in the MA market.
Perform hands-on service and maintenance work in the field.
Deliver timely and technically sound solutions for customer experiences.
Document issues for central teams to improve systems.
Support and assess trade partner quality.
Provide technical guidance to local teams.
Support the rollout of preventative maintenance programs.
Ensure market teams have technical insights.
Strengthen the customer journey post-install.
Work closely with local teams and central ops.

Requirements

Technical expertise in heat pumps with hands-on field experience.
Service technician experience with problem-solving skills.
Excellent communication skills.
Skilled at assessing partner quality.
Thrives in a startup environment.
