Transportation Planner - Remote

Overview

The Transportation Planner is responsible for managing inbound, interplant, and direct customer shipments, ensuring optimal cost, service, and compliance with carriers.

• Manage shipments from planning to completion.
• Monitor cost, service, and compliance for carriers.

• Act as a point of contact for brokers and carriers.
• Assist with scheduling and delivery appointments.
• Attend meetings with sites, carriers, and cross-functionally.

Requirements

• High School Diploma or GED required.
• 1 year of experience in Supply Chain (logistics, transportation, operations).
• Associates or Bachelors Degree preferred.
• 2+ years of Supply Chain experience is a plus.
