• Deliver 4–5 engaging training sessions per day tailored to client workflows.

Requirements

• 2+ years in a client-facing role focused on training or support at a tech/SaaS company.
• A natural ability to teach and simplify complex concepts.
• Experience with SMB and Enterprise customers.
