Overview

The Implementation Specialist will play a critical role in onboarding new customers to our platform, ensuring a seamless transition and supporting long-term success in the agricultural technology sector.

In Short

Lead end-to-end implementation for enterprise growers and agronomy teams.
Understand client requirements and tailor the system accordingly.
Transfer processes and data from existing systems to our platform.
Identify and resolve technical issues during implementation.
Serve as the primary contact during onboarding.
Conduct on-site and virtual client engagements.
Monitor client progress and identify improvement opportunities.
Maintain detailed documentation of implementation projects.
Support adoption and retention of the platform.
Help refine implementation processes based on feedback.
