The Revenue Operations Lead is a pivotal role that supports global sales operations for the On Farm Solutions (OFS) business line, bridging tactical execution with long-term strategy to enable high-performing revenue teams.

In Short

  • Oversee North America sales commission plans calculations and strategic reporting.
  • Build and maintain reporting dashboards for sales performance.
  • Equip sales teams with insights and tools for effective meetings and performance tracking.
  • Support complex enterprise renewals for OFS.
  • Partner with sales leadership for territory planning optimization.
  • Own the strategic optimization of CRM (HubSpot) workflows.
  • Lead the development of dashboards for global sales leadership.
  • Track and report on global KPIs like new sales metrics and customer retention.
  • Contribute to strategic initiatives such as annual planning and sales workflow redesigns.
  • Focus on continuous improvement of the sales workflow.

Requirements

  • Experience in sales operations and data management.
  • Proficiency with CRM systems, preferably HubSpot.
  • Strong analytical skills and experience with reporting frameworks.
  • Ability to work collaboratively across teams.
  • Excellent communication and organizational skills.
  • Experience in agriculture or related fields is a plus.
