Requirements

• 5+ years of experience in Revenue, Sales, or Business Operations.
• Proven experience in a senior analyst or lead role.
• Hands-on experience with CRM migration.
• Experience with HubSpot and/or Clay is a plus.
• Expert-level Excel skills and knowledge of BI tools.
• Advanced data analysis and forecasting capabilities.
• Passionate about automation and process improvement.
• Strong problem-solver and communicator.
