• Manage daily accounting exceptions and failure queues in the disputes case management platform.
• Review and resolve money movement related queues due to special account status.
• Provide feedback to operational teams regarding manual errors leading to accounting exceptions.
• Act as a subject matter expert for escalations requiring advanced investigations.
• Identify opportunities to improve quality and efficiency of operations.
• Perform root cause analysis for issues and drive permanent solutions.

Requirements

• 3-5+ years in the disputes/fraud space.
• Working knowledge of transaction posting and ledger reconciliation.
• Familiarity with industry best practices for fraud and disputes lifecycle.
• Understanding of regulatory requirements such as Regulation E and Regulation Z.
• Ability to manage competing priorities and urgent requests.
• Self-motivated with a high level of integrity.
• Exceptional analytical thinking and attention to detail.
