Overview

The Revenue Operations Lead at Zello will own pre-sales RevOps end-to-end, designing and running marketing and sales operations processes, maintaining HubSpot, and writing SQL queries for accurate dashboards and forecasts.

In Short

  • Own marketing ops, enterprise and SDR sales ops, and partnership ops processes.
  • Administer HubSpot and build SQL models for reporting.
  • Run the deal desk and define pricing policies.
  • Deliver decision-grade reporting and maintain dashboards for various stakeholders.
  • Drive high-velocity workflows and optimize lead routing.
  • Spot process gaps and lead cross-functional projects.
  • Document best practices and train users on RevOps tools.
  • Ensure data accuracy and trust in reporting.
  • Collaborate with Finance on compensation plans.
  • Support the PA team with sales and service workflows.

Requirements

  • 5+ years in Revenue/Sales Operations at a SaaS or tech company.
  • Experience with HubSpot and writing advanced SQL.
  • Ability to design pricing/quote approval workflows.
  • Proficient in turning raw data into insights.
  • Skilled in building quota structures and automating calculations.
  • Excellent communicator and team player.
  • Curious and adaptable in fast-paced environments.
  • Bonus: experience with ABM platforms or outbound tools.
