• Take full ownership of billing and invoicing processes ensuring accuracy.
• Be the primary contact for billing-related customer support.
• Implement improvements to streamline billing workflows.
• Collaborate with Sales, Customer Success, RevOps, and Finance teams.
• Develop documentation for billing policies and procedures.
• Manage Hubspot billing requests.
• Maintain accurate customer subscription records.
• Process subscription changes and apply pro-rations.
• Generate custom customer invoices accurately.
• Support revenue reporting and audit preparation.

Requirements

• 2+ years of billing or accounts receivable experience.
• Detail-oriented and organized.
• Excellent communication and problem-solving skills.
• Experience with financial systems like Zoura or Hubspot.
• Collaborative and proactive in a fast-paced environment.
• Based in Austin or open to relocating for a hybrid role.
