The Lead Revenue Operations Analyst at Zello will be responsible for transforming messy pipeline data into actionable insights, ensuring the accuracy of revenue forecasts, and collaborating with various teams to enhance data quality.

• Own the revenue insights layer including forecasting and pipeline quality.

Requirements

• 5–8 years in RevOps/FP&A/Strategy for SaaS (ARR ≥ $20M).
• Advanced spreadsheet skills complemented by basic SQL and BI skills.
• Experience in producing board-level narratives.
• Strong grasp of attribution and cohort/LTV metrics.
• Ability to enforce data standards through influence.
• Bonus: Experience in ABM and outbound measurement.
