Overview

As a Customer Success Manager at Zello, you will serve as a trusted advisor and strategic partner to a portfolio of our largest and most complex enterprise and mid-market customers, focusing on building strong relationships, driving adoption, ensuring ROI, and identifying opportunities for growth.

In Short

  • Own and manage a portfolio of high-value enterprise and mid-market accounts.
  • Lead strategic business reviews and alignment workshops.
  • Serve as the primary point of contact throughout the customer lifecycle.
  • Drive product adoption and ongoing value realization.
  • Contribute to revenue growth through upsell and renewal opportunities.
  • Develop and execute tailored success plans for each customer.
  • Manage customer health and mitigate churn risks.
  • Influence product development with customer insights.
  • Support implementation and technical onboarding.
  • Deliver customer education materials in partnership with Product Marketing.

Requirements

  • 2+ years of experience in Customer Success or Account Management.
  • Success in building relationships with VP and C-level stakeholders.
  • Strategic thinker with the ability to translate business goals into success plans.
  • Excellent communicator with strong presentation and negotiation skills.
  • Ability to navigate complex organizations and drive consensus.
  • Proficient in CSM and CRM tools.
  • Passionate about delivering exceptional customer experiences.
