Overview

The Customer Success Manager (CSM) at McKesson is responsible for the day-to-day customer support of their accounts, focusing on relationship management and customer retention.

  • Team player with strong interpersonal skills.
  • Proactive and strategic approach to customer management.
  • Ability to anticipate customer needs.
  • Willingness to travel minimally (up to 25%).
