In Short

  • Ensure customers gain the full value of the Vidyard platform.
  • Main point of contact for small to medium key accounts.
  • Manage and establish senior-level relationships within customer organizations.
  • Drive adoption of Vidyard products.
  • Assist with implementation and reach critical adoption milestones.
  • Assess health of customer accounts for growth opportunities.
  • Serve as customer advocate for product feedback.
  • Coordinate with technical support to address customer issues.
  • Create and manage customer success initiatives.
  • Collaborate with various departments to solve customer needs.

Requirements

  • 3+ years experience in customer success or account management.
  • Experience in a B2B SaaS environment preferred.
  • Excellent problem-solving skills.
  • Strong communication skills.
  • Experience managing relationships with enterprise-level accounts.
  • Ability to discuss business needs with all customer levels.
  • Quick learner in a fast-paced environment.
  • Resourcefulness and adaptability.
