Overview

As a Lead, Revenue Operations at StackAdapt, you will play a mission-critical role in supporting the Vertical Sales business unit, operationalizing GTM strategies, and driving revenue process maturity.

In Short

  • Partner with Sales and RevOps leadership to launch and scale vertical sales motions.
  • Define and manage operational playbooks for GTM rollout and sales milestones.
  • Support segmentation strategies and quota design for new vertical teams.
  • Build and manage vertical-specific forecasting models and dashboards.
  • Monitor performance and provide real-time insights to stakeholders.
  • Implement scalable sales processes across verticals.
  • Drive system improvements in Salesforce and BI tools.
  • Build and maintain business rhythm infrastructure such as dashboards and OKRs.
  • Collaborate with various leaders to align on vertical-specific needs.
  • Drive adoption of tools and process enhancements through training.

Requirements

  • 6+ years in Revenue/Sales Operations or Management Consulting in SaaS or ad tech.
  • Strong familiarity with programmatic advertising and consumption-based sales models.
  • Proven experience launching new GTM motions or vertical expansion initiatives.
  • Ability to connect operational detail to strategic outcomes.
  • Comfortable building processes and systems from scratch.
  • Excellent communication and project management skills.
