As a Revenue Operations Lead at Certn, you will play a crucial role in enhancing the lead-to-cash process, working across Marketing, Sales, and Customer Success to drive operational excellence and revenue growth.

Requirements

  • 6+ years in Revenue Operations or related fields.
  • Strong leadership experience in high-growth environments.
  • Expertise in HubSpot, Salesforce, and other GTM systems.
  • Understanding of data analysis and business intelligence tools.
  • Bachelor's degree in Business or related field; MBA preferred.
  • Experience scaling operations across global teams.
  • Ability to connect strategic objectives to tactical workflows.
  • Proven execution skills under pressure.
  • Excellent communication skills for non-technical stakeholders.
  • Experience with strategic planning and forecasting.
