In Short

• Lead two high-performing teams to deliver integrations and new customer features.
• Oversee the entire software development lifecycle, from architecture through deployment.
• Act as a bridge between engineers, product, and leadership.
• Coach, mentor, and conduct performance reviews.
• Drive execution of roadmaps and ensure on-time software delivery.
• Define and enforce scalable architecture standards.
• Engage in hands-on coding with Python, C#, TypeScript, or React.

Requirements

• Proven experience leading engineering teams.
• Proficiency in multiple programming languages.
• Familiarity with cloud services like Azure or AWS.
• Experience with Kubernetes, Helm, Terraform, and ArgoCD.
• Deep understanding of Agile methodologies.
• Excellent communication skills with technical and non-technical stakeholders.
• Experience in fast-paced, high-growth environments.
• Ability to adapt and grow in a dynamic environment.
