Overview

The Manager, Integrations Engineering is responsible for leading the Integrations discipline within Pie's Technology organization, overseeing integrations related to CRM platforms, financial systems, and bespoke applications.

• Lead the Integrations discipline within the Technology organization.

• Drive implementation of an iPaaS platform (Workato).

• Develop and maintain a Continuous Integration/Continuous Delivery pipeline.

• Act as a thought leader in integration solutions.
• Navigate ambiguity and provide direction to integration engineers.

Requirements

• 5+ years of software integration experience.
• 3+ years of experience with IPaaS solutions.
• 2+ years of experience with software development technologies.
• 2+ years of people leadership experience.
• Experience in coaching and mentoring.
• Familiarity with software observability and testing paradigms.
• Experience with Agile methodologies.
• Experience interfacing with enterprise applications.
• Strong communication and collaboration skills.
• Ability to design enterprise platform strategy.
