FloQast is looking for a motivated Software Engineering Manager to join our Integrations Group that is ready to lead a team to success in shipping high impact features.

In Short

• Build and lead a team of 8 engineers, QE, and design to deliver high impact revenue driving results
• Create an environment where engineers consistently deliver quality work on time
• Provide feedback on product and technical specs to improve quality and deliver customer value
• Grow engineers to deliver large projects with little intervention
• Identify great talent and enhance team through recruiting and performance reviews
• Continuously improve engineering processes and tools
• Act on customer feedback to work on the most important tasks
• Collaborate on technical vision and lead discussions on complex projects

Requirements

• Track record of driving revenue growth through enterprise-grade software solutions
• Background in designing, building, and maintaining third-party integrations
• Experience with ERP integrations (e.g., NetSuite, SAP, Oracle)
• 5+ years of full stack development experience
• 1-2 years of engineering leadership experience
• Proficiency in JavaScript, React, NodeJS, or MongoDB
